AAYSA is a volunteer-driven organization dedicated to providing young athletes with an incredible soccer experience. Every season, we rely on passionate volunteers to help make our programs successful—and we would love to have you join us!

You don’t need prior soccer experience to make an impact. Whether you want to coach, referee, or support behind the scenes, we have training and resources to set you up for success. Your time and effort will help kids develop their skills, build confidence, and create lasting memories on and off the field.

We Are Actively Seeking Volunteers For:

• Assistant Coaches – No experience? No problem! We provide training.

• Referees – Help keep the game fun and fair with our referee training program

• Event Coordinators – Plan and manage club events and activities.

• Website Administrator – Keep our site up to date with schedules and announcements.

• Sponsorship Coordinator – Help us connect with local businesses for support.

• Volunteer Coordinator – Assist with recruiting and managing volunteers.
